After breakfast at the hotel, depart for Syracuse, an ancient city rich in history and art. Visit the Archaeological Park of Neapolis, home to the Greek Theatre; one of the largest ancient theatres in the world, the Roman Amphitheatre, and the ancient stone quarries of Latomie of Paradise. The tour includes a walk to the Ear of Dionysius. Continue to Ortigia, the historic center of Syracuse, to see Piazza Duomo, the Sicilian Baroque Cathedral, and the Arethusa Fountain. After lunch, depart for Noto, the capital of Sicilian Baroque, to admire its 18th-century architectural masterpieces. Enjoy free time in Noto before transferring to Ragusa for dinner and an overnight stay at Mediterraneo Palace Hotel or similar (B).

This morning, the tour continues to Ragusa Ibla, known for its numerous churches, the splendid Giardino Ibleo, and beautiful Baroque palaces. Strolling through the cobbled streets, experience the atmosphere of a bygone era. Ragusa Ibla is also famous as the set of "Il Commissario Montalbano." Head Modica, another Baroque gem, with a stop at the renowned Sabadì chocolate shop, known for its unique, I.G.P. certified chocolate. Lunch at the Orti di San Giorgio, before afternoon departure for Piazza Armerina to visit the Villa Romana del Casale, famous for its extraordinary mosaics, considered among the best preserved in the Roman world. The day begins with a visit to the Valley of the Temples in Agrigento, a key archaeological site of the ancient world. Palermo stands on a bay at the foot of Mt Pellegrino, a headland described by Goethe as the loveliest he had ever seen. Along the visiting day we will have a stop for a food surprise in the famous Antica Focacceria San Francesco. Free time for lunch. After breakfast, transfer to Cefalu. Visit the stunning Norman Cathedral, then enjoy free time to explore the town or visit the Mandralisca Museum. Lunch will be at a renowned restaurant. Arrive in Catania to explore its UNESCO-listed historical center, known for its unique Baroque architecture and streets. The tour begins at Duomo Square with its magnificent Cathedral and the iconic "Liotru" statue, a lava-stone elephant. Continue to University Square and stroll along the Baroque Via dei Crociferi, featuring the famous S. Benedict Monastery, another UNESCO site. This morning begins with a brief visit to Catania's famous "pescheria" (the ancient fish market), followed by an excursion to Mount Etna, Europe's highest and one of the most active volcanoes, recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The regional park protects 59,000 hectares of unique geology, flora, fauna, and traditional practices like forestry and beekeeping. Stunning landscapes unfold en route to Rifugio Sapienza, where the inactive "Crateri Silvestri" cones, surrounded by ancient lava flows, can be explored. The views across Sicily, the Aeolian Islands, and Calabria are breathtaking, with opportunities to taste local homemade honey and regional products. Tour continues with a full day excursion with private driver and guide to discover the beauty of this magical Island. You will reach Cottonera. Afterwards you will visit the charming fishing village of Marsaxlokk. Free time to stroll along the streets of the city centre and browse among the stalls of the famous local market. Continuing you will visit the town of Wied iz-Zurrieq where you will embark on an excursion sea towards the famous Blue Grotto. Your tour will continue on board of a private vehicle in the direction of Dingli through the Maltese countryside. Return to your hotel. After breakfast, a private driver will pick up for another day of exploration in the Maltese archipelago. Travel to Bugibba to board a comfortable boat for a mini cruise. Sail along the northern coast to the island of Comino, with a stop at the famous Blue Lagoon for about an hour. Swim sunbathe, or relaxing in the boat's bar with drinks and snacks. Next, visit Gozo for approximately three hours, discovering highlights such as Ta 'Pinu, Dwejra, the capital Victoria with its historic market square, and the Citadelle St. Georges. Return to the boat to circumnavigate Comino and explore the famous caves.
