Upon arrival transfer to the hotel. In the afternoon, enjoy a three hour walking tour through the heart of the city with a local guide. The tour begins on via Spallanzani, leading to Porta Venezia, one of the historical gates with medieval and possibly Roman origins, which gives its name to the surrounding district. Next, the tour proceeds to Corso Venezia, with a shortcut through Giardini Indro Montanelli, a public garden. Opposite the gardens is GAM, the Galleria d’Arte Moderna. Continuing along Viale Manzoni, the renowned La Scala opera house (Teatro alla Scala), inaugurated in 1778 and renovated from 2002 to 2004, will be visited. The highlight of the tour is the stunning Milan Cathedral (Duomo di Milano), where the guide will explain its main features. The final stop is the majestic Castello Sforzesco, a medieval fortress built in the 15th century by Duke Francesco Sforza. Nearby, a refined bakery offers a chance to relax and enjoy a typical aperitivo (happy hour). After breakfast, short visit to Como, a popular tourist destination near Lake Como and the Alps with spectacular views over the lake and alpine valleys. Lake Como, sometimes referred to as Lario, is famous for its distinctive Y-shape and the charming town of Bellagio, which will be reached by boat. Bellagio, features the Alps dominating the horizon and features some of Italy's most enchanting landscapes. Free time to explore this picturesque village, and enjoy lunch at leisure. Continue to Bergamo, a city known for its ubran structure where it's modern and dynamic città bassa (lower town) contrasts with the medieval heart of the città alta (upper town) Overnight in Cappello D'Oro or similar. After breakfast, journey to Lake Garda. A panoramic tour of the lake's west coast showcases breathtaking natural landscapes, including the UNESCO-listed Brenta Dolomites and the lush Moraine Hills of Lower Garda, adorned with lemon trees, oleanders, magnolias, and bougainvillea. Arriving in Sirmione, enjoy stunning views of the blue waters, tree-lined shores, Sirmione Castle, and the ruins of Catullus’s villa during a boat tour. After the tour, there will be free time for lunch before heading to Riva del Garda, located on the lake's north side, known for its charming Venetian-style historical center. See the iconic balcony from Shakespeare's "Romeo and Juliet," located in the medieval building on via Cappello. Afterwards, the drive continues to the Franciacorta region, famous for its ideal winemaking conditions. Here, enjoy a light lunch featuring local cuisine and renowned wines.
