Refunds for bookings made with a gift voucher
All RACT Travel Gift Vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
If you paid any part of your booking with a gift voucher and you cancel that booking, the original gift voucher value will be returned as a gift voucher for future use and will be subject to the normal gift voucher conditions. Any remaining monies not originally from a gift voucher will be refunded to the original payment method. Any value that was originally a gift voucher, must always remain as a gift voucher.
