What documentation will I receive?

The documentation you will receive will depend on how your booking was made. 
    For Online Bookings
    You will receive the following documentation during the booking process
    • Itineraries

    Your final itinerary will be your final travel documentation. This will be emailed to you at the time of payment.

    Should you be unable to find your documentation, call 1300 368 111 to speak with our Call Centre team to have them resend any relevant information

    For In-Store Bookings
    You will receive the following documentation during the booking process
    • Client Statements
    • Receipts
    • Itineraries
    • Final travel documentation

    Your final travel documentation will be either be emailed to you or given in-person by your travel advisor. Depending on your booking, this may either be at the time of final payment or a few weeks prior to your holiday.

    Should you be unable to find your documentation, contact your Travel Advisor, visit a Branch or call 1300 368 111 to have them resend any relevant information
