Will I get a refund if I cancel?

Depending on your booking, you may be eligible for a refund. Any refunds will be less any applicable travel service provider and RACT Travel's cancellation fees. Refer to our booking terms and conditions for more information about our cancellations.

Please be aware that supplier refund policies are subject to change at any time. Details regarding supplier cancellations and their booking terms and conditions can be found on the relevant supplier's website.

For information about your booking specifics, we advise you to contact your Travel Advisor if your booking was made in-store or call 1300 368 111 for any online bookings.
