Discover the beauties of the city with a guided city tour. Barrio de la Moreria, the Hapsburgs District, Plaza Mayor and Plaza de la Villa; the Madrid of the Bourbons and the complex town planning schemes of Charles III, the Royal Palace, Cibeles and Neptuno Fountains and the Puerta de Alcala. The contemporary Madrid with areas such as Gran Vía, Castellana, the district of Salamanca, as well as commercial and financial areas of Modern Madrid, and the Santiago Bernabeu Football Stadium. Afternoon at leisure to continue exploring the wonders that the city has to offer. Join your fellow travellers for an authentic Welcome Tapas Dinner at a local restaurant. After breakfast, depart for Mérida, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its well- preserved Roman ruins, including the Roman Theatre and Amphitheatre. Explore its rich historical heritage before continuing to Cordoba, once the capital of the Caliphate. Overnight at Hesperia Cordoba, NH Califa or similar. (B, D)

Breakfast at the hotel. Visit the Mosque of Córdoba (entrance included) and explore the Jewish Quarter with a local guide. In the afternoon, continue towards Seville. Tonight, you will have the opportunity to discover Andalusian cuisine at a local restaurant with your group. Overnight at Meliá Lebreros, NH Collection Sevilla or similar. (B, D)

Breakfast at the hotel. Morning city tour of the Andalusian Capital, Seville. Visit the Cathedral, the second largest in the Catholic world after St. Peters in Rome. Continue to Santa Cruz quarter, the natural scenario of Carmen as well as the myth of Don Juan; continue to Maria Luisa Park and Plaza de Espana. Afternoon is at leisure. Overnight at Meliá Lebreros, NH Collection Sevilla or similar. (B)

After breakfast, travel south through Andalusian villages to Jerez, where you will be captivated by two of the essential elements of the Andalusian soul: wine and horses. Visit the Royal Andalusian School of Equestrian Art and enjoy a wine tasting in one of the famous local wineries. Continue to Ronda. Visit an olive oil production facility at LA Organic and taste their organic olive oil. Remainder of the day is at leisure to discover the secrets of Ronda. Overnight at Catalonia Reina Victoria or similar. (B)

Visit the city of Malaga and explore its historical and cultural attractions. Malaga is a city full of corners that look back on several centuries of history, from the time of the Romans to the Arab, with the Alcazaba or the Castle of Gibralfaro. Continue to Granada. This city, located at the foot of Sierra Nevada, one of the jewels of Andalusia. We have the chance to learn how to dance flamenco before attending a dinner with a flamenco show in one of the most typical venues in Granada. After dinner, we invite you to take the opportunity to enjoy the wonderful views of Granada. Overnight at Catalonia Granada, Meliá Granada or similar. (B, D)

After breakfast, visit the world-famous Alhambra complex with your Local Expert (entrance included) and Generalife Gardens. Then, depart to Madrid to join your group for a farewell dinner. Overnight at The Westin Madrid Cuzco or similar. (B, D)
