Learn how to cook traditional Greek food with our small group Greek Cooking Class!
Master new recipes and skills with your local host so that you can create your own Greek feast when you return home. Learn where food and the rituals of cooking really fit into Greek culture. Forget the chef’s hats - your instructor will show you how traditional dishes are made right in their own home kitchen!
The menu may vary depending on your host, but generally you will learn how to make a classic Greek salad, spinach pies (Spanakopita) or Feta parcels, Soutzoukakia, Giouvarlakia Pasta Flora (a delightful traditional jam tart) or learn to master Ravani, a sweet semolina cake that may quickly become your favourite dessert. Whatever you make, it will be authentic, made with fresh ingredients sourced as locally as possible and you’ll be right up to your elbows in it! Enjoy tasting your efforts – the best part of any cooking class!
