After breakfast departure for Syracuse to visit the largest and most powerful Greek colony in Sicily: the Archaeological Park of Neapolis. Visit the old town centre of Ortigia, with its stunning Piazza Duomo and Cathedral. Proceed to Noto, the capital of Sicilian baroque also called the "stone garden", full of beautiful buildings and declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. A walk through the streets of the centre to admire the skill and ingenious creativity of local craftsmen. Noto's baroque architecture is a plethora of elegant curves, floral weaves, perspective views, palaces and gardens, capitals and cherubs that adorn the façades of churches and monasteries. At the end of the visit proceed to Ragusa for dinner and overnight at Mediterraneo Palace Hotel or similar. (B, D)

Breakfast at the hotel and visit of Ragusa Ibla with its beautiful churches and the Ibleo garden. Then proceed to Modica, to admire its many baroque style treasures, always declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. To end the visit, stop in Sabadi to taste the typical products of the area. Departure to Piazza Armerina and visit the splendid Villa Romana del Casale, a building from the late imperial period and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Transfer to the hotel in Agrigento. Dinner and overnight at Baia Di Ulisse Wellness & Spa or similar. (B, D)

The day begins with a visit to the Valley of the Temples in Agrigento, a key archaeological site of the ancient world. Explore the remains of Akragas, including the Temple of Juno, the Temple of Concord, and the Temple of Hercules. Next, depart for Marsala, known for Garibaldi's landing and its noble palaces, where you'll admire Baroque monuments. The tour includes an exclusive visit to the Florio Cellars, featuring 19th-century vats and three historic wineries, with a light lunch and wine tasting. In the afternoon, walk along the Salt Road to see Marsala's historic salt pans and views of the Stagnone islands. Begin with a visit to seaside village of Cefalù, famous for its Norman Cathedral, an architectural jewel. Free time to walk through the old town or visit the renowned Mandralisca Museum. Lunch stop in a local restaurant to taste the delights of Sicilian cuisine. Departure for Catania. Start in the historic centre with its unique and unmistakable late-baroque style with the use of the lava stone of Etna. Cross Duomo Square, admiring the Cathedral of Sant'Agata and the famous Elephant of lava stone, a symbol of Catania. Continue towards University Square, and walk along Via dei Crociferi, where stands the Monastery of San Benedetto, a Baroque building rich in history and grandeur. Breakfast in hotel and short visit of the fish market in Catania called “pescheria”. Departure for an excursion on Mount Etna, the highest active volcano in Europe (3,350 m.). Upon reaching the Rifugio Sapienza, visit the “Crateri Silvestri”, two ancient craters inactive since 1888. Opportunity to taste artisanal honey and other local products. The trip continues to Taormina, famous for its natural beauty and historical charm. Lunch in a restaurant in the old town, tasting local specialities. Visit the magnificent Greco-Roman Theatre, for spectacular views of the sea and Mount Etna. Free time in Taormina before heading back to Catania for dinner on own and overnight in hotel Il Principe Hotel or similar. (B)
